Hi, I'm Lauren! I am your coach who will guide you to build your own empire! In the Ideal Career Leap Course (ICL), I will lead you step by step to find your career or job you have been dreaming of. This will look different to everyone.. Maybe you are looking for a promotion within your organization, looking for your dream company, or looking to pivot your career to a new industry. We will start with your WHY, move on to researching the career/job you are wanting, editing and updating your resume and LinkedIn, guiding you through the interview process, negotiating the pay you deserve, and navigating how to leave your current position.
