Hello! I am Lauren and welcome to my site! I am so excited to have you and to be able to help you with whatever goals you need.

I am a goal getter who wants to help you Build Your Own Empire. I have worked one on one with clients since 2013, and I want to help you! I live in the Bay Area in California with my husband, little one, and our fur baby. I love people and helping guide them to success in whatever they put their mind too.

I am elated to have you here at my online home. I am (finally!) launching my online course! woot woot! This has been a long process, but I have arrived and I can't wait to share my courses with you.
